Tim Anderson's Whole Kernel Corn
Handmade Conceptual Art
In baseball, the phrase "Can of Corn" refers to a high, easy-to-catch, fly ball. It originated in the 19th century, and relates to an old-time grocer's method of getting canned goods down from a high shelf.
At the Field of Dreams game on August 12, 2021... Tim Anderson made baseball look pretty easy with his walk-off home run into the corn stalks, giving the White Sox a 9-8 victory over the Yankees.
