Handmade labels on recycled vinyl

Eddie Murray was "money" from both sides of the plate. Thus, he deserves an album: A-Side & B-Side. Two tickets... to the Hall of Fame.

Among Steady Eddie's many accomplishments, he finished his career with the most RBIs by a switch hitter, and also hit HRs from both sides of the plate in the same game 11 different times (a feat later surpassed by Mark Texeira).

This Junk Wax Record pays homage to singer & songwriter Eddie Money, who's popularity spanned the early half of Murray's career. The design features Money's print signature, which was featured on his album covers.

About Junk Wax Records

In 1980, Fleer won a 5-year long monopolization lawsuit vs Topps, opening up the baseball card market for competition. Throughout the decade, production increased and boxes of wax packs filled the shelves of new hobby shops across America.

Before a record album is pressed onto vinyl, it first gets mastered, or cut, on wax. Junk Wax Records is a mashup of iconic cards from this era and recycled 12-inch LPs. My Junk Wax logo is inspired by the Fleer crown, as their court battle flipped this industry upside down.
