In 1986, Donruss finally hit it big! Jose Canseco's Rated Rookie was driving prices up and up and up at hobby stores... where boxes of wax packs were flying off the shelves. Additional subsets like The Rookies and Highlights (featuring emerging two-sport superstar Bo Jackson) added to the brand's growing popularity.
The perfect storm of rookies and design helped make this set one of the most iconic from the junk wax era. Bo Jackson card not included.
More about my custom trucker caps
When designing junk wax headwear, I prefer to place my designs on a trucker cap... which completes the nostalgia of the 1980's. After blank caps are ordered... I design the artwork, cut it out of vinyl, and iron onto the cap. All completed by yours truly inside my art studio.

Cleaning instructions: Gently hand wash using a cloth, warm water and a small amount of detergent. Air dry.
