Hand-painted collectible baseball card
Before John Elway, Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, and Brian Jordan were grabbing headlines as two-sport stars... Danny Ainge was already doing it!
Ainge was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 1977, and made his major league debut in '79 at age 20. After 3 seasons with the Blue Jays, Ainge decided to pursue a career in basketball, and was selected by the Boston Celtics in '81 draft.
Ainge became an integral part of 2 championship teams for Boston in '84 and '86. After a long playing career in the NBA, Ainge coached the Phoenix Suns, before returning back to Boston as the GM. He was named the NBA's executive of the year in 2008 for bringing another championship to Boston.
About my collector cards
After purchasing some old wax packs to study the size and texture of gum sticks, I developed my own paint techniques in order to replicate it. Now, I hand-paint bubble gum directly onto vintage baseball cards to create small collectibles.
Here's what you'll receive with this order
- My original hand-painted gum onto a baseball card.
- Each collector card is paint-marked with it's edition number.
- These art cards are protected inside an Ultra Pro One Touch magnetic card holder... customized with my matching Rosen signature label.
- I do not sign these cards by request. However, your package will include bonus items, personally autographed by me.
