Hand-painted collectible baseball card

In 1985, Topps released a series of sticker trading cards designed to parodize the popular Cabbage Patch Kids doll-craze. Among the most iconic was Brett Sweat!

Hall of Famer George Brett was no stranger to sweaty situations. After all... this is the man who is best remembered for his full-blown rage during the Pine Tar Incident... tells stories about shitting his pants... and claimed, “My problems are all behind me!” when asked to comment on his hemorrhoid surgery.

To commemorate the Garbage Pail Kids origin date, I've painted this on Brett's 1985 Topps.

About my collector cards

After purchasing some old wax packs to study the size and texture of gum sticks, I developed my own paint techniques in order to replicate it. Now, I hand-paint bubble gum directly onto vintage baseball cards to create small collectibles.

• These art cards are protected inside an Ultra Pro One Touch magnetic card holder... customized with my matching Rosen signature label.
• I do not sign these cards by request. However, your package will include bonus items personally autographed by me.
