Pascual Perez Needed a Map
Hand-painted collectible baseball card
In June of 1982, the Pirates dealt Pascual Perez to the Braves. Later that summer, he missed his start on August 19th, while circling the I-285 beltway three times looking for Fulton County Stadium. Pascual ran out of gas and arrived at the ballpark 10 minutes late.
Perez had just recently got a drivers license, and teammates started calling him 'Perimeter' and 'Wrong-Way.' He could've really used a map.

About my collector cards
After purchasing some old wax packs to study the size and texture of gum sticks, I developed my own paint techniques in order to replicate it. Now, I hand-paint bubble gum directly onto vintage baseball cards to create small collectibles.
