Hand-painted collectible baseball card
When young phenom Dwight Gooden began racking up Ks at Shea Stadium, Mets fans began calling him Dr. K. Eventually, his nickname got it's own nickname... and he became known simply as Doc. His surreal rise to stardom and lifelong battle with drug abuse inspired me to create this hallucinatory design with Bugs Bunny's catchphrase.
About my collector cards
After purchasing some old wax packs to study the size and texture of gum sticks, I developed my own paint techniques in order to replicate it. Now, I hand-paint gum stick art directly onto vintage baseball cards to create small collectibles.
Here's what you'll receive with this order
- My original hand-painted gum onto a jumbo-sized 5x7 baseball card.
- Each jumbo collector card is paint-marked with it's edition number.
- Unlike my standard-sized gum cards, these jumbos are signed by me (next to the edition number).
- These art cards are protected inside an acrylic magnetic desktop frame... customized with my matching Rosen signature label.
